Today's Weather Summary:
Yesterday's high-impact Alberta Clipper continues to weaken and spin-down over the Ohio River Valley today snow flurries and areas of minor accumulating snow continuing across portions of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Snow flurries are also possible across the Dakotas and northern Minnesota as a weaker disturbance tracks along the US/Canada border.
The main story this weekend will be colder temperatures, especially in the Dakotas and Upper Midwest. The pattern shifts warmer across the Midwest (much of North America, really!) as we head into the Christmas/New Year holiday week with several potential storm systems bringing precipitation impacts.
